The Willard Stone Centennial: A Legacy of Art through Family Art Show is going to be held at the Owasso Historical Museum beginning October 6th and running through the 27th, the normal hours of the museum.
On the evening of the 6th Stone family members will be there to welcome and visit with guests in conjunction with the Gathering on Main.
The show contains works from the late Oklahoma Hall of Fame Contemporary American Artist, Willard Stone, along with art of his children, Jason Stone, Linda Stone Callery, Dwight Stone, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren (two of which live in Owasso).
The art varies in style and medium but it all shows the vast creativity of the Stone family.
The Owasso Historical Society is located at: 28 S Main St in Owasso.
