On Monday morning December 16th at approximately 2:00am the Owasso Police Department responded to a call in the Fairways housing addition in reference to persons driving the neighborhood looking into mailboxes.
Officers located the suspects vehicle and made one arrest after a foot pursuit of two individuals.
About 75 pieces of mail were recovered. The incident is under investigation and victims will be contacted for the purpose of the returning their mail.
